Branch and campus rollouts, MPLS and SD-WAN, switching and wireless — survey to handover, across an estate that spans fourteen states.
- Routing, switching and wireless across multi-vendor estates
- Site survey, low-level design and as-built documentation
- SD-WAN and MPLS provisioning with carrier coordination
- Travel to sites, including weekend cutovers
- CCNA or equivalent; CCNP and SD-WAN certifications funded
Security Engineer
Firewall, endpoint and identity work across competing OEMs, plus the assurance cycle — VAPT remediation, hardening and incident response.
- NGFW policy design and rule base review
- EDR deployment, tuning and alert triage
- MFA, conditional access and privileged access management
- VAPT remediation planning and retest
- Fortinet, Palo Alto or Sophos certification funded
Cloud & Workspace Engineer
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations, identity, device management and the adoption work that decides whether any of it gets used.
- Tenant build, migration waves and cutover execution
- Entra ID or Google identity, SSO and conditional access
- Intune or Workspace device management
- DLP, retention and backup configuration
- MS-102, AZ-104 or Google equivalents funded
NOC Engineer
Shift work in a 24×7 NOC — monitoring, triage and first-line resolution across network, server, cloud and application layers.
- Alert triage against documented severities and runbooks
- Carrier and OEM case management on the client behalf
- Shift handover discipline and incident logging
- Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- ITIL foundation funded; practice certifications encouraged
Project Coordinator
Keeping multi-site rollouts on the date they were promised — schedules, material, field teams and the client communication in between.
- Rollout scheduling across multiple concurrent sites
- Material tracking, dispatch and site readiness
- Coordination between field teams, carriers and client contacts
- Status reporting the client can read without translation
- Willingness to travel to sites during rollout phases
Pre-sales Consultant
Surveying the estate, designing against it, and owning the bill of materials — then staying on the engagement rather than handing it over at signature.
- Site survey and requirement capture with client stakeholders
- Solution design across competing vendors in a category
- BOM, sizing and commercial construction
- Proposal writing and technical presentation
- Continuity from proposal into delivery
