Collections, payouts and the reconciliation behind them
Payment integration for businesses that need money in and money out, reconciled against systems they already run.
Online, recurring and offline collection
Most businesses end up with three or four ways money arrives and no single view of any of them. We select the gateway against the mix you actually collect on, then integrate it so the payment, the invoice and the ledger entry are the same event rather than three.
- Gateway selection against your real collection mix, not a feature grid
- Checkout, payment links and QR for over-the-counter collection
- Subscription and mandate-based recurring billing
- Refunds, chargebacks and dispute handling built in from day one
- Settlement reporting that finance can reconcile against
BBPS and recurring bill collection
Bharat BillPay reaches customers who will never use a checkout page. If you raise recurring bills, it puts your biller on rails that already exist in every UPI app, every bank app and every assisted counter in the country.
- Biller onboarding and category registration
- Bill fetch and bill pay integration against your billing system
- Assisted and self-service channel coverage
- Complaint and dispute handling to BBPS standards
- Reconciliation against BBPS settlement files
Disbursement and vendor payments
Bulk payouts to vendors, partners, field staff or customers — run as a controlled process with maker-checker, limits and an audit trail, rather than a spreadsheet uploaded into net banking by whoever is free.
- Bulk and single payout APIs with maker-checker approval
- Beneficiary validation before money moves
- Per-batch and per-beneficiary limits
- Failure and return handling with automatic retry rules
- A full audit trail against every instruction
The part that actually takes the time
Integration is the easy half. The work is matching what the gateway says it settled, what the bank says it credited and what your ledger says is outstanding — and finding the handful of cases where those three disagree.
- Automated three-way matching: gateway, bank statement, ledger
- Daily rather than month-end, so breaks are found while they are small
- Exception queues routed to the person who can resolve them
- Fee, tax and commission treatment handled explicitly
- Dashboards for collection, settlement and ageing
What the regulator expects of you
Payment work carries obligations that have nothing to do with the code. We build to them rather than around them, and document what we built.
- PCI-DSS scope kept as small as the design allows
- Tokenisation so card data never lands in your systems
- Data residency in India where the rule requires it
- KYC and onboarding checks wired into the flow
- Audit logging on every money-moving action
Invoice, collect and reconcile in one flow
Our merchant invoicing application raises GST invoices, puts a payment link and UPI QR on each one, and marks the invoice paid when the money lands. The invoice, the payment and the ledger entry stay one record. Finance doesn’t have to match three separate ones by hand.
GST-compliant invoices
Tax invoices carry the GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes and the right CGST/SGST or IGST split for the place of supply. Credit and debit notes and separate series for each branch or GSTIN are built in.
e-Invoice ready
For businesses under e-invoicing, each invoice gets its IRN and signed QR through the Invoice Registration Portal before it goes to the customer.
Pay link and UPI QR on every invoice
Each invoice carries its own payment link and dynamic UPI QR, so every payment arrives already tagged to its invoice number.
Automatic reconciliation
Gateway callbacks update invoice status the moment a payment settles. Partial payments, refunds and short-payments are tracked against the original invoice.
Reminders that go out on their own
Reminders go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp before and after the due date, and stop once the invoice is paid.
Recurring and subscription billing
Retainers, AMCs and monthly plans are billed automatically, with UPI AutoPay and e-mandate for customers who want to pay without being chased.
Reports finance can use
Sales register ready for GSTR-1, receivables ageing, collections by channel and customer statements. Everything exports to Excel and your accounting package.
Roles, approvals and audit trail
Maker-checker approval for invoices and credit notes, role-based access for each branch, and a log of every change.
API and integrations
REST APIs and webhooks connect invoicing to your ERP, CRM or storefront, so invoices are raised where the order is booked.
Payments settle directly to the merchant’s own gateway and bank account. Wriggy Digital does not hold or route funds.
