Design, delivery and field — all on our own payroll
Pre-sales and delivery are the same people. The consultant who surveys your site is accountable for the design that follows, and the engineers who build it are ours rather than a subcontracted crew booked for the week.
Solution and design
Fifty-plus senior product consultants, certified across the competing vendors we hold in each category. They run the site survey, size the estate and own the bill of materials — so the design answers what you are running, not what we are carrying.
Delivery and projects
A hundred and fifty engineers across network, data centre, cloud, security and payments. Each project gets a technical lead who stays on through cutover and hands over a documented estate rather than a folder of screenshots.
Field operations
Five hundred ground staff on street across fourteen states. Multi-site rollouts run to a single schedule with our own people at every location, which is what keeps a two-hundred-branch cutover on the date it was promised.
Service desk and NOC
Round-the-clock monitoring and a service desk that answers to the SLA on your contract. Managed engagements carry a monthly review covering incidents, SLA performance, capacity and what changes next.
